  Welcome to the start of your LEAD Mindset experience LEADer Champion Journey. 

  Before embarking on the journey, you must organise yourselves for success. 

  LEADer Champions are always prepared and organised because they want to ensure they are being the best that they can be in service to others. 

  Before you begin, ensure you:

  1. read the course overview
  2.  complete the baseline survey
  3. Complete the pre-induction tasks

  Complete the following tasks before your launch day of the programme
  
  1. Organise yourselves into a group of six
  2. Give your group a cool name
  3. Read the course overview
  3. There are six challenges to complete. Each person in the team must take on the role to lead one of the challenges. Be prepared to share on your launch day
