Hi! Welcome to this mini course on , "The LEAD Mindset".
This course aims to give you an introduction to The LEAD Mindset way of thinking of leadership and the main concepts that make it so effective. The content of this course includes a discussion on why mindset is so important for your self-development as well as how The LEAD mindset empowers the individual to improve their "offer" to have more impact.
By the end of this course we aim to inspire you do the following:
- Identify the components of The LEAD curriculum journey.
- Summarize why the mindset we have is very important.
- List The LEAD Mindset leadership qualities.
- Identify how The LEAD Mindset can bridge the leadership skills gap between schools and business; also between professional development and the fundamental human ambition for a higher purpose or meaning for work and life.
