The LEAD Mindset programme uses a six-phase development architecture (outlined in the attached overview) designed to translate experience into leadership impact.

The programme supports participants to grow in:

  • programme and framework design

  • supporting and enabling others to deliver

What is the job of a LEADer Champion Mentor?  

“As a LEAD Champion mentor, your job is not to have the answers.

Your job is to help others build willingness — the willingness to try, to own, to lead, and eventually to champion others.(Poll)

What is willingness?

Willingness is the ability to take ownership of your success, take action before anyone pushes you to, persist through failure and difficult times.

When someone has willingness they believe their actions matter, so they step up to make a difference in their community.

What will your mentoring do?

You’ll be mentoring peers through real problems. That problem is not the goal — it’s the vehicle. The real outcome is who they become while solving it.

Willingness is not taught. It is chosen.
Your presence, questions, and example make that choice possible.

If someone is waiting, help them find their why. If they are trying, help them see learning, not failure. If they are owning, help them step into leadership. And when they are leading, help them influence for good.

Do not rescue them. Do not rush them. Do not replace their choices with yours.

When your peer chooses to step forward on their own — that’s when you know you’re doing this right.”

You are not here to fix problems or motivate people.

You are here to grow willingness — in yourself and in your peers.

Willingness grows when people choose to step forward, take ownership, and influence for good. Your job is to create the conditions for that choice.

At The LEAD Mindset, we’ve cracked the code: thinking like a leader is just like thinking like a champion. It’s about stepping up, owning your growth, and driving your success—not just in school, but in life.

What’s in it for you?

This isn’t just another course. It’s an experience. You’ll learn by doing—taking on five leadership challenges that will push you to think, act, and lead like a pro.

Oh, and you won’t be doing this alone. You will working in a team of six called we call your LEADer Hub . A LEAD Facilitator will guide you all the way OR  You’ll be mentored by real professionals from a top company, guiding you every step of the way.

How it works:

- 12 hours over 6 weeks
- Work in a team of six to solve a real-world problem in your school or set by a company.
-  Lead, collaborate, and build confidence through interviews and presentations
-  Create a podcast, short film, or book to share your leadership insights
- Meet your mentor once a week (online or in-person) if you are working with a business.
