All leadership has a purpose. In education and corporate spaces, that purpose is linked to standards and outcomes—specifically, how we build the capacity of our people to deliver those outcomes independently.
True accountability is not about micromanaging or "policing" tasks. It is about your ability to clarify expectations, set high standards, and put trusted systems in place to ensure people can perform at their best. To grow as a LEADer Champion, you must shift from doing the heavy lifting yourself to strategically delegating and holding others to account.
