      The task has three parts: 
       

      Individual Activity

      1. Use the feedback from session 4 to improve your speech and the information on engaging the audience to improve your speech. Practice in front of the mirror memorising the opening and conclusion .
      2. Deliver your speech to a work colleague, a trusted friend, your LEAD group, and get some feedback.
      3. Record a video of your speech  (you must complete your speech standing up, use a plain white background, and do not use other devices to record your speech). Submit via Moodle 
      4.  by the date communicated.

      Below is a list of  'why?'  we have embarked on the Mobilise journey.

      Choose a minimum of two items from the list and as a team, discuss what you would like to see implemented in Mobilise phase 4 to achieve the aims you have chosen.
