Too many young people, in the world, from disadvantaged backgrounds are held back, not by lack of talent or ambition but by a lack of access to the opportunities, support and belief systems that help them thrive. Many face barriers such as limited academic support, poor access to opportunities, home environments with limited resources, low self-esteem, and a lack of positive role models. As a result, they often struggle to reach their full potential, both in school and beyond.
