Discuss role, goals and projects with the supervisor

During your probation period, you will work closely with your supervisor to ensure you are orientated in the organisation, policies, facilities and more.

With your supervisor, you will discuss your role and appropriate projects.

The supervisor has been briefed about your role and goals that have been set for you, in addition to appropriate projects for your probation period. 

At this time, you will have a scheduled meeting with your supervisor to discuss the following:

• Employee Role
• Employee Goals 
• Appropriate Projects
