Our onboarding/induction process aims to ensure that new employees fit in quickly to start their journey with us in delivering excellence.

 We aim to ramp up the employee to full productivity under 90 days at a reasonable cost.
 The benefits to the Employer, Employee and the business includes, but are not limited to:
-Better job performance
-A greater commitment to the organisation
-Reduced stress
-Higher job satisfaction
-Better retention (and associated cost savings)
- increase engagement
- increased performance 
- shortens the time to high productivity
 
 If we fail to provide a quality induction programme, the costs to the company can be significant. 
The LEAD Curriculum has therefore invested in developing a quality onboarding process outlined in this course. The cost of the investment is just a fraction of what the cost will be to the company if we fail to induct new staff at a standard no less than excellent. 
So, let's get underway with the process, starting with this induction course.

This course helps new employees to learn more about the company, mission, vision, values, its culture and objectives, roles, and measurements through the blended learning approach. This course includes explainer videos, quizzes, reading materials and scheduled meetings.
