Follow Resource sheet 1 to create your dream team in three simple steps!

1. Review the roles involved to do your project

2. Think about what skills each role needs to do the tasks well

3.  Do the Moodle skill quiz and decide your personal Strength Skill (what you’re good at) and Growth Skill (what you want to improve).

4. Assign each team member a role based on their skill strengths and skills they need to develop
