To complete the course, you must complete all the leadership challenges. This course is experiential. This means no grades are awarded, you get out of the course what you put into it. 

Completing the challenges

For every challenge we provide:

• challenge information labelled as LC (Leadership Challenge) followed by the challenge number.
• challenge task - what you have to complete as a LEADer group or individually
• Challenge learning check

In your team, everyone must take a turn to be the group leader for a challenge. That person will ensure everyone completes the challenge.

Once the activities are completed, you mark them as done.

Certificates

Once you have completed the course, you will be automatically awarded with a certificate.
