3. Proof of Success

   • How will we know our project worked?

   • If our solution to the problem is successful, what would it change in real life for your school or business?

4. Visualise it - One-Sentence Win

   • “Our project will be successful if __________.”

      EXAMPLE: One sentence win

     We think that our project will be successful  if young people learn how to be leaders.

      it will help more of them succeed in life. Our podcast will be about how to think like a leader and take charge of your own success
   • Right now, many young people don’t know that success starts with the way they think. So they wait for life to get better, instead of taking action.
