Approval: First project

A separate meeting is set up to discuss and approve your first project.

Explain expectations for the following month

  1. Attitude – Come with an attitude to learn. Be teachable

  1. Preparation – Before your meetings, ensure you are fully prepared

  1. Tasks – complete the tasks set for the month

  1. Social Learning – You will be added to the LEAD WhatsApp group 

  1. Reflection – You will be asked to reflect on your progress weekly during the first month

  2. Leadership practice – You will be expected to lead on your project.

  3. Managing expectations – We will discuss expectations 

  4. Commitment –The expectation is that you will commit and finish your probation

  5. Authenticity & Integrity – Give honest feedback to team. This is part of the process of growing leaders.
